  1. Check your Java version (https://www.java.com/en/download/help/version_manual.xml), must be 32-bit Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 8 or later, if not go to https://www.java.com/en/download/ (using for personal use it is still free).
  2. Check your MultiTerm version by going to Windows icon and checking your MultiTerm folder, the version that is preferable is SDL MultiTerm 2017 Desktop (SR1_23639) also SDL MultiTerm 2019 with TermWebIntegrator 2.4.1 found here /wiki/spaces/DEVNOTES/pages/18841655


Notes

  •  Uninstalling Java or a MultiTerm version user must restart PC
  •  When installing MultiTerm TermWebIntegrator must be closed, if you had a previous version of MultiTerm installed please go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TermWeb\TermWebIntegrator and delete the settings.json file.
