How to setup TermWeb integration in XTM

  1. Log into XTM Cloud
  2. Go to → Settings → Translation → Terminology
  3. Fill in the requested fields
    1. Use terminology: TermWeb
    2. Client login name: provided by your TermWeb system administrator.In case of a single-client TermWeb installation use 'admin' here
    3. API Key: provided by your TermWeb system administrator
    4. URL: the URL of your TermWeb installation
  4. Click on the Synchronize button


  5. All available templates will appear. You can remove the templates that are not needed and leave only the one you are going to use. In this example TechniTerm all:


  6. The synchronize process will create a new user in TermWeb for your client with the same username as the XTM user.
  7. Click on Terminology tab to start using TermWeb via XTM.
  8. Select System settings as TermWeb engine:


  9. You can start using TermWeb:
