TermWeb - XTM Cloud Integration
In this page you will find a compete guide on how to use TermWeb integration with XTM Cloud. In order to complete setup the integration, one will need to have two instances: A TermWeb instance and an XTM Cloud instance with the TermWeb terminology module enabled. Contact XTM Support to get the TermWeb Terminology module enabled.
The steps to start using the integration are as follows:
Setup the integration in XTM for the whole instance or for each customer separately.
Open a project in the XTM editor to start using the integration with segment decoration.
SAAS customers can, at this point, request that their TermWeb contact reach out to XTM Support and configure the Terminology tab login (automatic login from XTM to TermWeb). Additionally, specific settings related how to handle XTM users that login to TermWeb via XTM can be configured. API Settings that can be configured are;
If the User is created as a Named user or logged in as a Guest user.
If the User is denied access if they don’t match an existing TermWeb User.
What User group to automatically add newly created users to.
